Return Window

You can return or exchange items within 48 hours.

 

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

1. Be in original condition

2. Have tags attached

3. Not be worn or altered

4. Be accompanied by the original receipt

 

Return Procedure:

1. Contact our customer service (email/phone) to initiate return

2. Provide order number and reason for return

3. Ship item back to us within 48hours

 

Refund Options:

1. Original payment method

2. Store credit

3. Exchange for another size/color

 

Refund Timeline:

Refunds reflect in your account within 3-5 business days after processing days have elapsed.

 

Exchange Policy:

1. Exchange for same item in different size/color

2. Exchange for different item of equal value

 

Exceptions:

1. Final sale items

2. Custom orders

1. Customer responsible for return shipping

2. We cover shipping for orders exchanged by us.
